I receive many emails asking 'How much does this cost?'. However, the size and intricacy vary depending on the body part, so it's difficult to give a general price. If you send a photo of the body part you want tattooed and detailed content, I should be able to provide an approximate price.
About
My name is Sangeishoku Horipeco. I am a tattoo artist based at Third Home Tattoo in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Born and raised in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture, I entered this world at 18, self-taught. After 10 years of working mainly in the US and France, I returned to Japan and have been active for another 10 years, totaling about 20 years. The unique style I pursue is 'Ukiyo-e x Eros = Ukiyo-Eros'. I am proud that my works, which fuse the traditional aesthetic of Japanese ukiyo-e with vibrant sensuality and spatial beauty, create a unique worldview that only I can achieve. I believe it is my mission to fully respond to my clients' desires and create one-of-a-kind art together.
Concept
Passion for 'Ukiyo-Eros' - I continuously pursue my unique expression, fusing the traditional beauty of ukiyo-e with Eros. Devotion to everything - Design, technique, tool maintenance, customer service. If even one is lacking, the best work cannot be created. I am committed to high quality in everything. Infusing soul into every single line - I do not compromise on details. I breathe my Eros into each and every line. Valuing dialogue with clients - I carefully blend your vision with my style to create a truly unique design together. Flexibility learned globally - I strive for broad-minded expression, leveraging Japanese craftsmanship and my overseas experience. Professional responsibility - Since my debut, I have been committed to fair pricing. I believe that as a professional, it is my duty to give my all when I receive payment.
History
18 years old (early 2000s) - Started career as a self-taught tattoo artist in Fukuoka. Mid-2000s to 2010s - Worked as a guest artist in over 20 countries worldwide, primarily in the US and France (approx. 10 years). Established the 'Ukiyo-Eros' style through overseas experience. 2010s - Opened 'Gentle Ink Tattoo' in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture. April 2022 - Opened 'Third Home Tattoo' in Nakameguro, Tokyo. 2023-2025 - Won numerous awards at domestic and international tattoo conventions. Won King of Tattoo Japan 2025 and Best of Day category at Tokyo Bay Tattoo Festival 2024. Present - Also active as a kinbaku artist 'Sangeishoku Peco', expanding the realm of tattoo x art.
Message
Tattoos last a lifetime. That's why I pour my all into every step of the process. From design to session and aftercare, there is absolutely no compromise. For designs, I currently do not offer flash tattoos. Instead, after a consultation with each client, I create a unique piece specifically for them. What I value most is the satisfied expression on a client's face when they look in the mirror after their tattoo is complete. For that moment, I want to fully respond to the desires of everyone who travels from afar, investing their time and money. 'Ukiyo-Eros' is my unique worldview. Works that fuse the beauty of ukiyo-e with the vitality of Eros cannot be found anywhere else. I will certainly deliver a piece worth traveling to Tokyo for. Whether you are new to tattoos or experienced, please feel free to consult with me. Let's create the best work together.
How a session works
- 1
In-person/Online consultation
During the consultation, we will decide on the tattoo details more thoroughly (I can provide an approximate price here). For clients from afar, I offer online consultations. All details, including the content and session date, will be decided during the consultation phase, leading up to the session day.
- 2
Design confirmation, session booking
When making a booking, a ¥20,000 deposit will be collected (this will be treated as a cancellation fee in case of cancellations or booking changes, but if the session proceeds as booked, it will be deducted from the session fee on the day). Those nearby can pay during the consultation, while those from afar can complete their booking by making a bank transfer after the online consultation.
