- 予約の預かり金 15,000円（税込）。うち10,000円は施術代金に充て、5,000円はマッチング手数料です。Booking deposit ¥15,000 (tax included). ¥10,000 goes toward your tattoo and ¥5,000 is the matching fee.
- 商品代金以外の必要料金Other costs
- 施術代金の残り（最終価格から10,000円を引いた額）は、施術当日にスタジオで彫師に直接お支払いください。カード会社の為替手数料はお客様のご負担です。The rest of the tattoo price (final price − ¥10,000) is paid to the artist at the studio on the day. Any currency conversion fees from your card issuer are yours.

- 申込時にカードで金額を仮押さえし、彫師が承諾した時点で請求します。仮押さえの期限が切れた場合は、保存したカードに同じ金額を請求します。The amount is held on your card when you apply and charged when an artist accepts. If the hold expires first, the same amount is charged to your saved card.
- 役務の提供時期When the service is provided
- 申込から48時間以内を目安に、担当の彫師と日時をご連絡します。施術は確定した日時に行います。We contact you with your artist and date within about 48 hours of applying. The tattoo is done on the confirmed date.
- キャンセル・返金Cancellation and refunds
- 彫師が見つからない、または見積もりをお断りになった場合: 仮押さえを解除し、お支払いはありません。
- 施術日の7日以上前のキャンセル: 10,000円を返金します（手数料5,000円は返金しません）。
- 7日以内のキャンセル、無断欠席、当日施術できない場合（パスポートがない、18歳未満、飲酒など）: 返金はありません。
- 彫師都合のキャンセル: 全額返金、またはご希望により別の彫師をご案内します。
- 施術日の7日以上前の日程変更: 1回まで無料です。
- 災害・交通機関の運休・医師の診断書がある病気: 日程変更を1回無料で承ります。変更できない場合は10,000円を返金します。
- No artist found, or you turn down the quote: the hold is released. You pay nothing.
- You cancel 7 or more days before: we refund ¥10,000. The ¥5,000 matching fee is not refunded.
- You cancel within 7 days, don't show up, or can't be tattooed on the day (no passport, under 18, drinking): no refund.
- The artist cancels: full refund, or another artist if you like.
- Changing the date 7 or more days before: free, once.
- Disasters, transport shutdowns or illness with a doctor's note: one free date change. If that's not possible, we refund ¥10,000.
