日本では、 早いことが必ずしもいいことだとは思われていない。 むしろ時間をかけて育っていくものにこそ 価値があると感じる。 四季の中で生きていると、 花も人もそれぞれ咲くタイミングが 違うのが当たり前だと気づくし 急いでもどうにもならないものがあって、 時間をかけた分だけちゃんと深さや強さになっていく。 すぐに結果が出なくてもいいと思っているし 遠回りに見える時間も、健康を優先にしている時間も 自分をつくる大事な過程だと感じているから 日本の文化には、完成されたものだけじゃなくて 未完成や途中の状態にも美しさを見出す感覚があるのを忘れないでほしい 遅いということをネガティブには捉えない 遅さは、ただの遅れじゃなくて、 自分のペースで自分の深さを育てている時間 まだまだこれからです。 In Japan, being fast is not necessarily considered a good thing. I feel that there is real value in things that take time to grow. Living within the rhythm of the four seasons, I’ve come to realize that both flowers and people bloom in their own time. There are things you simply cannot rush, and the time you spend becomes depth and strength in its own way. That’s why I don’t mind if results don’t come immediately. Even time that may look like a detour, or time spent prioritizing my health, feels like an essential part of shaping who I am. In Japanese culture, there is an appreciation not only for what is complete, but also for what is still in progress or unfinished. I want you to remember that. Being slow is not something negative. To me, slowness is not a delay, it’s time spent nurturing my own pace and my own depth. I’m still on my way.
