This piece is an adaptation of the client’s own illustration, modified specifically for the Incision tattoo technique. Since the center featured the Ainu embroidery pattern "Utasa" (meaning "intertwining/crossing each other"), the original design was already radiating immense spiritual and talismanic power 👁️ Right before the session, I learned that the client has a predisposition to hypertrophic scars/keloids. This means there is a strong possibility that the incisions will heal with significant raised texture over time. According to the client, the degree of swelling varies depending on their physical condition and the specific body placement. I’m incredibly excited to see how it evolves, embracing that element of organic randomness! The design measures 15x15 cm, but due to the slender thigh, it creates a powerful, high-contrast visual impact. Even from a distance, the motif is sharp and instantly recognizable. I’d love to establish this sense of scale as the new minimum size my future sessions.
